Return/Refund Conditions
1. Return Window: Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Condition of Items: Items must be returned unopened and in their original packaging, in resalable condition. We cannot accept items that have been opened, damaged, or altered in any way.
3. Return Authorization: You must contact us for a Return Authorization (RA) before sending any items back. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping Costs (Non-Defective Items): If you are returning an item for reasons other than a quality defect (e.g., change of mind), you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
5. Warranty Period: Our warranty period is 14 days from the date of delivery (as per tracking information).
For Quality Issues: If you discover a quality defect (e.g., ripped, incomplete, shriveled) within the warranty period, please contact us immediately. You must provide clear photos of the defective item. We will arrange a replacement after verification.
Important: Do not discard the lenses or their original packaging until your issue is resolved.
Important Notes:
1. Inspect Upon Arrival: Please inspect items for damage or color discrepancies before opening them.
2. One Warranty Claim per Order: Each order is eligible for only one warranty claim (replacement).
3. Color/Parameter Mismatch: We do not offer replacements, returns, or refunds if:
The received color is not what you expected, but the product itself matches its description.
The ordered parameters (e.g., prescription, base curve, diameter) are unsuitable for your eyes, but the product matches the specifications you ordered.
Return/Refund Process
1. Contact Us First: Email official@2dadoll.com to initiate a return or warranty claim. Include your name, order number, and detailed reason for the return.
⚠️ Important: Do NOT use the return address printed on the package. We cannot receive returns at that location. We will provide the correct return address after authorization.
2. Pack Securely: Place the item(s) securely in their original packaging. Returns are only accepted if the packaging is intact and the product is unopened, ensuring it remains suitable for resale.
3. Ship the Package: Ship the return package using a carrier of your choice.
Provide Tracking: After shipping, please provide us with the tracking number and the carrier's website for tracking.
4. Processing: Once we receive your return package, we will inspect the item(s) and packaging condition. Refunds or replacements will be processed based on the outcome of the inspection and in accordance with our Return Conditions.
